MINERAL BALL MILL MACHINE INTRODUCTIONA Ball Mill is a type of grinder used to grind materials into an extremely fine powder mainly for use in the mineral processing industry. Ball Mills can grind various ores and other materials either wet or dry, depending on requirements. Ball Mills consist of a large cylinder which slowly rotates around a horizontal axis. The cylinder is partially filled with the material to be ground plus the grinding medium (metal grinding balls). Inside the cylinder, the medium will be lifted to a certain height under the action of centrifugal force and then drop or fall, grinding the ore in between the balls as they interact. Feed material to be ground enters the cylinder via a hopper on one end and after being crushed by the grinding medium is discharged at the other end.
THE STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MINERAL BALL MILL MACHINEThe mill is composed of feeding device, discharge device, rotation device ,speed reducer, small transmission gears, motor, and electric control part. The Hollow Shaft is made of cast iron, the inner plates can be changed, the large rotating gears are manufactured by the casting process, and inside the cylinder is equipped the wear-resistant plates, it has good abrasion resistance. The machine is running smoothly, it works reliably.

SUDAN 20TPH ROCK GOLD PROCESSING PLANTProcess: Our factory JXSC built a complete 20TPH Rock Gold Processing Plants for one of our Sudan client.
The process flowchart is : Crushing --> Screening --> Grinding --> Concentration.
The whole plant consist of 1 set Vibrating feeder, 1 set swing feeder, 1 set Jaw crusher, 1 set Cone crusher, 1 set Vibrating
screen, 1 set Ball mill, 1 set Spiral Classifier, 4 sets Conveyor belt, 2 sets Sand pump, 1 set Water pump, 20 sets Classifier
box, 30 sets Shaking tables, also include water pipes, interconnecting part for machines, electric cabinets and other supporting accessories.
-- Process of Crushing & Screening & Grinding:
Firstly, the rock gold bearing ore will be crushed by Coarse jaw crusher, then feed to Cone crusher, cone crusher is second
section as fine crushing process, after this step, the output will feed to vibrating screen separate out bigger particles and
smaller particles, big particles (+25mm) return back to Cone crusher for re-crushing, 0-25mm particles go to ball mill to grind super fine size(0.074-0.4mm).
-- Process of Concentration:
after grinding, the concentration equipment we used is Shaking Tables, which divide into two groups, 20 sets for 1st group, 10 sets for 2nd group for re-concentration.
ShakingTable enjoys very high, up to 95% high recovery ratio for fine size free gold.
