Cold Resistant Conveyor Belt

Application: Suilable for working minus 40 degree.
Feature: Good elasticity, shock proof, cold proof.
According to the covers phisical property, there are three kinds of cold resistant conveyor belt.
(H) crack-resistant cold resistant conveyor belt.
(D) Abrasion-resistant cold resistant conveyor belt.
(L) Common cold resistant conveyor belt.
According to cold resistant physical property,there are two kinds C1 and C2:C1 can be used under (-45degree centigrade-+50degree centigrade); C2 can be used under(-60degree centigrade-+50degree centigrade)

Chararters: 

 The Product selects cotton canvas , nylon canvas or EP canvas as carcass, Cover rubber select a blend of NR and BR, which has the proprerties of high elasticity, shock resistance , cold resistance ,etc.

It can work normal under the conditions of -40.

Application:

 Suitable for conveying materials in frozen area, cold storage, etc.

Construction:

-Special cold resistance canvas (with high modulus, low shrink and high breaking tensile strength) 

-Special rubber layer with good adhesion properties (skimmed layer)

- Cover rubber- EPDM rubber or Chloro-butyl rubber

Technical index:

 1). Cold resistant conveyor belt can be divided into three types ,according to the properties of cover:  Laceration resistant type(H),Anti-abrasive type(D),and Ordinary type(L).
2). According to the different cold resistant , it can be divided into two types of C1 and C2 - Working temperature: -45-+50.
